I'm the opposite, I'd choose vegetables over fruit any day! Love veggies...what about mild flavored ones like cucumber? Or sweet bell peppers? Or sweet potatoes or corn? Do you like any of those?

like she said...fats a fat...olive oil is better than say butter for example because olive oil is high in monounsaturated fats and lower in saturated fat, but it is still high in calories. Use it, but still measure! :-) Good luck!

I saw this on Dr. Oz awhile back...I think it's the same women. The sad part is that she has children and they cry because they are so scared that she is going to die, which, let's face it, isn't exactly out of the question for her at this point.

I don't claim vegetarian or vegan because I do once in a while eat seafood or dairy...I do not eat meat.
