I give in...... BUT I buy the lower calorie, low fat treats for the house. I even started checking my frozen yogurt and switch it up with soy ice cream at times. It all taste good and satisfys my sweet tooth

Hi, The more I researched, the more I discovered that peanuts are not all that great for us. :cry: (I was disappointed too)..... The healthier choice would be almond butter. Almonds are actually healthier for us and help keep the body & face younger. The calorie count isn't much less but it is a healthier choice!

My biggest problem is I put on muscle very easy. When I lift heavy I actually bulk up quick, however I can't do too much cardio without doing some weight program. My ab / mid-section is my worst area, I can't seem to shed those last few inches. My arms and legs stay thick, I just want to lean them out and maintain my tone.

Boy, I have switched my workouts around and tried to change my diet a few times but it is rough. Than I would gain a little back and lose it again. This yo-yo is crazy! LOL...... I'm allowed 1400 calories for the day, and I try to workout atleast 90 minutes 5 days a week but I put on muscle easy so I have had to hold back…

Juicing is VERY healthy... but it requires that you juice your own foods. Don't buy anything already made, buy your own fruits and veggies. Veggie juicing is especially recommended since most of us do not take in enough veggies in our diet. There is no added ingrediants and your body absorbs all the nutrition easier…
