It's a toss-up between the way my clothes fit and cling to my fat, or getting winded easily just bending over to tie my shoes because of the pressure on my fat belly. It's not as bad now that I have lost 52 pounds, but it will not be a problem at all after I lose the last 50 :)

I try to find healthier substitutes for my comfort foods and guilty calorie laden pleasures. You can use healthier ingredients without sacrificing flavor, and shave calories from your diet in the process. Little tweaks to your diet add up, and if you are working out should equate to weight loss. I hope this helps :)

I'm a free weights guy. Free weights incorporate more muscles to stabilize the load and therefore give you a greater boost in metabolism.

I'm 39 and looking to lose about 60 more pounds, I have lost 52 already since August. Weights is a great way to boost your metabolism while waiting for your ankle to heal up.
