  • Thanks for posting this. I have been seriously thinking about trying this also. Please keep posting so we can watch and see how you are doing. It will be interesting to follow you and then try this myself after the first of the year.
  • I'm in so here goes. 1. Check in every day no matter what. 2. Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. 3. Exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes. 4. Keep logging into MFP every day, no matter what. Thanks Elimay59.
