Thanks everyone! My next goal is to get a shot in a national fitness magazine like I did in 2006. That is very hard to do, but it is not an unobtainable goal.

We all feel like gorging on foods from time to time. I keep a supply of sugar free jello from Walmart. It is 5 calories per cup and you can eat as much as you want and not have enough calories to feel guilty.

Thank you for the ideas everyone. Out of everything you listed the only things I can't have are artificial sweeteners and anything that adds sugar like maple syrup. My body doesn't do well with sugar at all and artificial sweeteners is a disaster for me. Besides, I am not a fan of sweet food. :)
