How many fit intellectuals are there here?
I have been into fitness for over three decades. However, my hobbies are radio communications, astronomy, archeology, and examining electromagnetic radiation, and I am a total Star Trek geek. I was always the "nerd" back in school, but I am a fit bodybuilding nerd. Who else has intellectual hobbies that people are…

More meals
Even paid members are only currently allowed a limited amount of meals. I would like to see the ability to add as many meals as you want without having to blend it with other meals. For example on an average day I eat 9 smaller meals plus take supplements, so I wish I could have 10 separate meals on the app.

Hobbies outside of nutrition and fitness
We are all here due to an interest or passion in nutrition and/or fitness. We all have over hobbies outside of our nutrition and fitness world. Outside of bodybuilding I am a paranormal investigator (not the cinematic ghost hunting that you see on tv, but actual scientific investigations into the paranormal.) I run a 100%…

More motivation, less pedanticism on this forum
I recently returned to this forum after being away for several years. I am concerned with the amount of personal attacks and pedanticism that I am seeing. Someone makes an honest post or comment and someone jumps down their throat correcting them or trying to one up them. I challenge everyone to be supportive and if…

Homemade meal replacement bar question
I would like to make home made protein bars as all of the ones in the store are junk. I need a binder to hold it together but all of the normal binding ingredients are either syrups, butters, peanut butter, or eggs. I am allergic to eggs and can't digest any type of butter and can't have and don't want all of the calories…

Baked goods without eggs, milk, added sugar, oil, and butter
I have severe food digestion problems and my girlfriend wants to cook some deserts for me. Does anyone know a way to make items such as cake and brownies without using whole eggs, any dairy (milk or yogurt) added sugar, oil, & butter? I also can't have most fruits and veggies which sucks. Some replacement ingredients I…
