    I did years ago. In fact in 2006 I was profiled in Muscle & Fitness magazine... my thyroid went to the trash and I put on tons of weight without changing any of my habits. That was followed with a year long illness that only started to remedy about a month ago but I fought through it. Now I am starting to get back to where I want to be.

    Thanks everyone. Now that I hit my fat loss goal I have begun working on packing on some muscle and toning up some more at the same time.
