My husband and I like to have "fat days"... once evry couple weeks to once a month, we eat junk to get our fix and then the next day we're on our best behavior again. Plan a catfish day and go crazy, then the next day go back to being good!

I just want to say that every pound of weight I've lost since I started has been because I adopted the "eat more" diet. 14 pounds in 2 weeks, can't argue with that! Oh and I'm not even exercising!

This morning I went downstairs to see my husband before he went to work. Last night was his night with the baby, and when I came downstairs and started rambling about this morning's weigh-in and how I couldn't wait to see what today's workout was like, I had to stop myself and realize he was still 80% asleep! :P
