  • This is the only way I ever make cake/cupcakes.... For frosting you can take a box of instant pudding mix...and flavor....you can even use sugar free (just use the dry mix unprepared) and mix it with a tub of cool whip (I use the free) and it makes excellent frosting.

  • I can weight on my scale and it will tell me one thing and weigh on another and get a differnt number. I just use what mine says, that way I'm consistant.

  • I'm ALWAYS over as well!!! I eat a lot of Chicken, turkey, fish, and eggs and it sends it through the roof! I need protein to be full... I don't see a problem with it as long as it's healthy protein...
