I'm 30, and newer to running....never ran when I was in HS or younger...hated it. I run outdoors unless the weather is bad (Iowa) and I normally do take the IPOD...seems to keep me entertained. :smile:

Welcome and please feel free to add me as a friend. I finished day 23 of the 30DS today and I'm on Week 5 Day 3 of C25K... I do 30DS everyday and C25K everyother....I'm going to start ripped in 30 when I'm done with 30DS.

I just do it.... I don't like it, but I get up every morning during the week at 5am to work out and then on the weekend I sleep in to 630am and get up and work out. It's hard at first, but once you get into a routine it gets easier....or at least it is for me. For me it's just knowing I have to. Good Luck. You can do it.…

I always fill out Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks first thing...and supper if i know what were having, but most the time I have no idea until I get home

I do 30DS 7 days a week in the mornings and then C25K every other night. I'm almost done with 30DS so I'll be doing ripped in 30 next.

I'm in the middle of week 5 and I have NEVER EVER been a runner at all....even as a kid...hated it. I actually enjoy it now and I'm progressing very well. I strongly suggest it!

I watch it and I'm 30. I'm pretty much addicted to it. :) I have 2 little girls under 3 and kids in general are tough and I give the ones who really try a lot of credit!

Nope I normally don't eat them back, periodically I will... I lose weight consistantly as long as long as I follow my 1220 calorie goal, if I binge on day, it takes me a week to get back to my current weight.

I weigh myself every morning before I get in the shower...helps me keep on track. I only update my weight once a week though.

This may sound crazy, but I brush my teeth then use mouthwash....the minty taste in my mouth makes me not want to eat anything else.... Works for me I guess. :happy:

Look into the Couch to 5k... you can google it. I've NEVER been able to run, and I love this! You start out slow and work yourself up, but sounds like your on the right track!

Actually I think it would be perfect for you to start. It's tough at first, but it does get a lot easier. It's only a 20 minute workout, which is why I love it, I can handle 20 minutes! I highly recommend it! I love it.

Currently I do the 30 day shred every morning 7 days a week, and every other night I do the Couch to 5k. I don't have a lot of extra time with two kids under 3, so I fit it in where I can.... In the fall I do fitness classes at the gym, but since it's nice out, I like to be outside if I can. :smile:
