You can enter the machine on the Track Exercise page. They don't have a lot of the machines that I use, but they ask you sets, repetition, and weight. I've also found it difficult to eat my exercise calories back, particularly because I work out in the evening. So after I get home and log my exercise I have 700-900 calories left over (I upped my net cals from 1200 to 1500 because the former was leaving me weak and tired). Yeah, I go WAY over every day as well, particularly because of fruit. The limit is pretty low, but I just weight the benefit of eating fruit vs how concerned I am about my sugar intake.
