I made lamb shanks yesterday On a low heat I just put in 2 lamb shanks, can of crushed tomatoes with basil (watties for nz people), cup of chicken stock and a clove of crushed garlic then cooked it for 8hrs Was flipping delicious i pulled the meat off the bone and made a lamb salad. Plenty left over aswell

5 years ago when I was 14 my daddy was my best friend. He passed away from cancer that year. So hard to think he nevers going to walk me down the isle, see my kids and all that future stuff.

I only started last wednesday but have noticed 2 things. I havnt touched any chocolate which is a pretty big deal since i used to eat so much. Also this morning i had to use a tighter hook on my bra. I know its small but I am so proud of myself.
