HI all, I'm from NYc and my goal for end of July is to lose 20 lbs and be on my way to be able to run and feel and look healthier. I want to fit into smaller clothes. I have a bigger goal of losing more weight but for this challenge, just 20 lbs. I have a 5 year old daughter and am married.

I'm doing primal/paleo autoimmune protocol. I feel I have some food intolerances that would be fixed with this.

Hi all, I'm a mom to a 3 year old and my 12 week goal is to lose 30 pounds and be back to my wedding day weight. I gained alot of weight with my pregnancy- 60 lbs, so I'm looking forward to lose it all. Starting weight: 167 lbs goal weight: 140 lbs. So I'm looking to lose about 10 pounds per month.

CW: 182 Hello all, I did okay this week considering I went camping and got caught up in a snow storm and had no easy access to water and lost power and heat. So...I just ate extra because of the stress. Totally understable and ready to move on. I lost 1 pound and am proud of that. hAVE A GREAT DAY AND DON'T EVER GIVE UP!

hi guys, thank you Helen for the awesome chart! I think my trigger foods are ice cream and anything with carbs. I tend to get really bloated when I eat alot of carbs, so keeping low carbs like 100 or so works for me. What helps me is to buy the ice cream that are already portioned out like a mini bar, so I only eat that. I…
