My favorite is paleo diet and exercise wise I love to run, outdoors. Feeling the breeze makes me feel free as I run. Diet tips would be to not go grocery shopping when hungry, and to eat enough fats to quench hunger. Prepare meals ahead of time and drink lots of water.

I usually like to log my exercise all together so I can see the update that comes in the homepage with the total calories burned. :)
