Hey all, Well, I'm jumping in here again. Yesterday went to the park and jogged and walked for over 1 hour with my family for a 776 calorie burn. This morning so far I've done 25 minutes of Jillian Michael's 30 day shred, and also planning to use the gym during lunch time at work. Have an awesome day all!

peter: I bought a belt that holds to jugs for running . I love it. I have the pic of it on my profile. For saving my keys, i bought running pants with a zipper. Works really great. today I did Insanity Plyo cardio circuit and jogged outside on and off for 15 minutes. Catch you all tomorrow. Good night!
