  • I eat a shake very similiar and tastes like cake batter. Same concept but I substitute cottage cheese for Almond milk and Substitute butter for butter buds (10 cals).

  • You would have to take quite a bit to OD on vitamen C. Symptoms are nausea, stomach cramping and insomnia. Also too much can increase your risk of kidney stones. So be careful!

  • I drink one everyday for breakfast because its fast and easy. I drink it in the car on my way to work. I mix mine with almond milk and sometimes add fruit.
  • Look up Couch25k. I am currently doing that program and it works amazing!
