I had great results. I started on 1 Jan and finished 30 Jan, no breaks. I lost 6 lbs. 4 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and 1.5 inches off each thigh. During TOM I didnt gain any weight just stayed the same and when it was over I dropped 2lbs. Just stick to it and eat right and you will def see results!!

Do you drink diet sodas? I have heard that aspertame can cause migraines. I just watched a documentary yesterday Hungry For Change and it was also mentioned in that too.

I too will be having a cheat meal on day 18. My favorite is pizza so thats what Im going to have, but instead of eating half of the pizza I will only be having 2 slices and instead of a 20 oz soda I am having a 12oz. Completed first day of level 2 (day 11 level 2). Worked extra hard on top of it! Losing 2 inches in my waist and 5 lbs so far has pushed my motivation in overdrive!! I have so much extra energy!

Thats awesome!! When I got home today I was curious if I lost any inches, not expecting anything, nontheless curious, and I had actually lost 2 inches off my waist. I measured the fattest part (around my belly button). I couldnt believe it!!

I always run longer than the mile and half. I go for 3 miles. I need to do more sprints like you say. Im going for 30 sec faster this year.

Finished Day 5 level 1 today!! Felt great, most of the soreness subsided and was able to do the entire workout, seems to be getting a little easier!! Great job on the pound lost. I was also able to lose 2 this week!!

Have you looked at Pirateland? Its a campground but have cottages you can rent. They do a stay 6 nights 7th night free. They are 2-3 bedroom 1 bath. I did it for about 4 weeks. Lost about 12lbs. Problem is, its a diet. Not something I could stick to forever. As soon as I intoduced the carbs and dairy gained 15 back. Ended up worse than i started. For me I find it much easier just eating healthy.

its 90+ degrees here (cool days 85) with 100% humidity year round. I have to run outside because thats how we pt test. So i get up at 445 am every morning (6 days a week) and run. I drink water all day long and no you dont get used to it.
