  • I had great results. I started on 1 Jan and finished 30 Jan, no breaks. I lost 6 lbs. 4 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and 1.5 inches off each thigh. During TOM I didnt gain any weight just stayed the same and when it was over I dropped 2lbs. Just stick to it and eat right and you will def see results!!

  • Finished Day 5 level 1 today!! Felt great, most of the soreness subsided and was able to do the entire workout, seems to be getting a little easier!! Great job on the pound lost. I was also able to lose 2 this week!!

  • I did it for about 4 weeks. Lost about 12lbs. Problem is, its a diet. Not something I could stick to forever. As soon as I intoduced the carbs and dairy gained 15 back. Ended up worse than i started. For me I find it much easier just eating healthy.
  • its 90+ degrees here (cool days 85) with 100% humidity year round. I have to run outside because thats how we pt test. So i get up at 445 am every morning (6 days a week) and run. I drink water all day long and no you dont get used to it.
