    So, I completed Level Two Day Three last night with 255 cals burnt. I find I burn more after eating dinner. If I don't eat I burn less.. Strange???

    Anyway - I think I love Level Two.. I'm enjoying it very very much!!

    Wow. Just did my first day of Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred and it. was. intense. I'm just lying here on the couch like a blob now... don't know how i'm going to move to get myself to work!!

    Eek, I'm glad I'm starting it after work tonight. That way I can flop to bed soon after.

    Day 4, level 2 complete. I think the first 2 sets aren't that bad but the last one is killer. I hate the squat trusts and the V raises...

    Well first day of level 2 done and it wasn't too bad. Had to pause it to catch my breath a few times but not as awful as I thought it would be. I'm sure tomorrow will be pretty difficult though after tonight's aches and pains begin.

    Just did day 1, and I have to say - I was worried about level 2 after people's comments, but I think I actually found it easier than level 1. It sure went by faster (probably because I was so bored of L1).

    I am SO far from being able to do the non-modified versions of the plank exercises, though! The squat thrusts - ha. I almost laughed trying to do them. I think I did maybe 3 before giving up and switching to the modified. Ouch.

    Level 2, day 2. Still no weight loss (-.6lbs?) but I really do think I am seeing a difference in my waist and arms, so I am focusing on that! Scales are the worst - uhg.

    It was easier then day 1 but still tough!
