It was easier to get through today. My whole body aches though. Hope all you shredders are fairing well ^_^ It's gonna be an awesome and grueling 30 and I'm stoked about it!
I got to day 4 and then hurt something in my right glute - and I mean it hurt like hell to walk for several days. I gave myself 2 weeks off and am am back at it again. I think I have to go a little easier during those side lunges... anybody else quit and are starting again?

It seems like a miracle! I just completed Day 1Level 1 and it was because I clicked on somebody's lead yesterday and said I would do it. For more than a month I had been telling myself to start! Come on and do it with me..Yes, I mean YOU!
WHAT ARE THESE DEMON MOVES?!?!? Just kidding. But also let's throw in the walk-out push ups. And pretty much all of level 2 -- has anyone survived the full 10 days in this level? I'm on day 4 tonight and I have to stop to prevent myself from dying (less and less as the days go on).
