How to add this work out to Myfitness pal

I just joined this morning. I have been doing the 30 day shred for a couple of weeks now. My question is what do you add to myfitness pal for the 30 day shred? If that makes sense. Thank you in advance for any help!

    Take your weight in lbs, for example 180, multiply this by 3.267 = 588.06 Take that total and divide by 60 to get the calories burned per minute which is 9.801 and then multiply that by the number of minutes you work out, so say 30 mins would be 294.03

    Or you could just log it as so many minutes of circuit training which works out more or less the same.
