what size weights do you all use?

im starting this programme in a few weeks and my little brother has some 3KG weights, will these be okay?

I started off level 1 with 3 lb weights, and then by day 4 of level 1 I started using 5 lb (or 2.2 kg) weights and they seemed to work nicely for me...I think it's all dependent on your current arm strength. Hope this helps!0

Hi I started with 1kg but after a while these were too light so I mix between 3kg & 2kg depending on the exercise!0

The first time around I used 3 and 5 pound weights. The second time around I'm using mostly 8's and 5's for the anterior raises. Start small and work your way up, and have a couple to choose from since some moves are harder than others.0

Currently using 3lb weights. Will probably increase to 5lb weights soon. Have been doing the workout for about a week.0

I am recovering from neck and upper back injury during the past year. Am just now beginning strength training again. So I've filled up 2x 500ml water bottles and use them. One pound each! I feel myself getting stronger daily.0 -
