Finished my last day of level one this morning! So excited for level 2 tommorow!!!
Looking forward to your post tomorrow. I am on Day 8 of Level 1 and really apprehensive of Level 2.0 -
Day 7 today. No bodyaches this time making me wonder whether I have become more fit or whether I am doing something wrong. I am bored of Level 1 and scared of Level 2. Seems much more complicated and tougher than Level 1. But looking forward to it.

I'll be doing day 10, my last day of Level 1, tomorrow. I'm nervous to see how hard Level 2 will be, since I havent completely mastered Level 1 yet. Wish me luck!0

Day 4, level 1 done. A couple sleepless nights was no good for getting into routine! But, glad I did it earlier!!
Glad to see so many people logging on and sharing the journey with us!
Day 5, Level one DONE 1/9/13!0 -
Completed level 1 day 3 last night!!! Found it quite hard after an hour in the gym so going to try and do it first from now on! Day 4 later on today after work :-)0

Thats awesome!! When I got home today I was curious if I lost any inches, not expecting anything, nontheless curious, and I had actually lost 2 inches off my waist. I measured the fattest part (around my belly button). I couldnt believe it!!0 -

Level 1 day 6 1/8/13. I usually do this at night, but we're calling for severe storms and I wanted to make sure I got it done (no excuses!). I actually feel great even tho I did day 5 and day 6 less than 12 hours apart!

Level 1, Day 4 finished last night. I can't believe I'll be doing day 5. It was a little bit easier yesterday - no breaks. I even I found myself pushing through with heavier weights.0

Day 4 - Level 1 - 4th Jan 2013 - DONE - NAILED IT AND KILLED THOSE YUCKY LOOKING FAT ( well almost ) hehe
I have been doing 20 min of aerobics and started 20 squats and 5 push-ups on day 1 with DS. So for today, I am on my 35 squats and 8 push ups(trying to do a complete push-up) along with 19 min aerobics and a morning walk for 20 min
My legssss ( sob sob ) They are sore , calf muscle and shoulders are hurting even when I sleep, even when I sit !!
However doing almost all the circuit without any break in btw.. I can feel I have become strong and I feel sexy while doing;)
Hope you all are having great time and feeling sexy as well while working out ..

Three more days and I am done with level one . No soar , Its easy for me now .. I dont like shoulder press with squats I do them less !! otherwise all good

Hey I completed Day 8 today. Weighed myself on Day 6 and I had lost 2.2 pounds (1 kilo) too. :happy:0 -
Yesterday I finished day 7 of level one!!!! I have been going every day strong! Today I'm draaaaaaaagging. I always complete my workout after work, but it is super rainy and dreary which leaves me feeling quite unmotivated. HELP! Push me!
With the 30 day shred and a healthy diet, I have lost 6 lbs so far!0 -

Day 7, that's great! C'mon - you can go on to day 8. It's, at the most, 27 minutes of the video - 20 minutes of the actual work out. It will give you the energy for the rest of your day. You're doing so well so far - don't stop now.0 -

too bad I'm taking a weekend trip, so won't be able to do the 30 day shred the next 3 days, luckily we have a lot of walking planned, and if I have time I'll try to do some exercises from the dvd0 -

It's nice to see people are losing either lbs or inches though I'm annoyed that I'm not I keep telling myself that maybe it's muscle! Esp as i still do my usual workout on top of this :ohwell:0
