Day 6 tonight and looking forward to it! Stopped aching now, but still doing the "cheat" press-ups as can't manage very many proper ones. When I started I could barely do 4 press ups and now I can do the whole time
Still got a clicky knee (had cartilege removed 2 years ago) when doing side lunges with anterior raise weights but apart from that hopeing to hit level 2 in 4 days!!!

I've fallen a bit behind because I missed Saturday and yesterday. I left class early today so I COULD get my workout in and not have to wait until tomorrow morning. I felt like I was getting on the track of not finishing and my goal is to finish this dvd THIS MONTH! So I did day 6 today. Looking forward to moving to the next level in a few days!0

I was really sore rolling out of bed early this morning however, I completed day 2 of level 10

Just finished Level 1 Day 3 and I feel great!! Today was significantly easier and it was my first day with "heavier" weights than I've been using (read --- wine bottles as weights).
No breaks at all today and felt fine for a majority of it. For some reason it's those punches that get me. They really make me feel like I've got a cold in my lungs :-/ yuck.
But yay!!
Great job everyone who's staying on track! Those that have fallen behind, keep going! Even by day 3 it felt easier, I can only imagine day 10! Then we get to start over on level 2!0 -
Completed day 4 Monday and day 5 yesterday. I didn't get up this morning for day 6, but plan to do it this evening. I may not though since i have a crossfit class this afternoon. May have to do day 6 tomorrow.0

Level 1 day 3 complete! I am literally waddling around in God-awful pain because my quads are just being destroyed, but I know it'll be worth it. I've already lost 4 pounds just by sticking to it every day and staying under 1450 calories a day! If I can do it, ANYONE CAN!!!0
-
Day 9 Level 1. 6 pounds lost. Add me!0
-
Day 4, level 1 done. A couple sleepless nights was no good for getting into routine! But, glad I did it earlier!!
Glad to see so many people logging on and sharing the journey with us!0 -
I took a day off as my muscles were aching - but I completed day 6 of Level one yesterday and will be doing the day 7 tonight.
I think I might take a one day break after every 5 days.0
