    I did Day 1 Level 1 yesterday. Surprised myself and actually made it through the whole thing!

    finished day 5 of level 1 today. Still not able to finish it without stopping but getting better. I was able to finish 4 real push ups today and the rest were modified. i am trying to add 1 more each day.
