  • dont sweat over it...stress helps put on the pounds too! Just take it one day at a time, one meal snack at a time! if your a planner planning it out helps me! my new favorite treat sugar snap peas with hummus! delish and very filling for a quick low cal snack!
  • ive had 2 c-section and at the beginning i had the apron...now its not so hangy if that makes since....ive been told to keep up the cardio to burn the fat and definitely add in the core work to help tighten those muscle again...but for some women they seem to always keep a little pouch....i do mean little my mom is tiny…
