uncooked oats, cottage cheese, vanilla yogurt, almonds, cinnamon, truvia packet... BOWL OF AMAZING. I used to hate cottage cheese and yogurt.. but this... mmmmm best if left in fridge overnight.

I love myself so whole wheat pita pizza. I put a tiny bit of pizza sauce (not a sauce lover) I put on some chicken breast.. some low fat cheese.. and a dash of Italian seasoning over the top.. Bake it till the cheese is melted. AMAZING.

It is normal... weight fluctuates a lot throughout the day.. and day to day... It is best to not weigh so much. I may weigh myself more than once a week on occassion.. but try to just do it once a week because day to day it changes up and down sometimes... I am 5'4. I started at 56% body fat. I know a lot of people with much more lean body mass. I'm not sure. They didn't say anything like that to me.. just told me I was doing awesome and keep up my hard work.

I say, do what makes you feel good. Get to the current goal and see what you want then. A lot can change and then also who knows, you may be happy.. or you may want to push further.
