I pretty much always do unless I am having spastic children.

My parents worked nights, never cooked. Except Easter, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Ate out every single meal. Got to pick exactly what I wanted and got a "super size" soft drink. I knew NOTHING about being healthy or what that even meant. I used to be on swim team when I was 10-12. At 12 years old I stopped breathing.. did…

Only advice chance you probably have is to work out, do some weight training.. it'll take a lot of time. I can't see the pic.. but maybe skin removal surgery?

was down 45lbs.. then my cousin died suddenly (same age as me, 24), my gpa died after a heart attack after learning of my cousin, my husband lost his job, my best friends mom died, my best friend and childs best friends moved away, i had to go back to work from staying home. I gave up.. gained all back.. for about a year..…

AWESOME!!! This is a HUGE deal. :) Excited for you!

Yep, I do.. but my stomach always hurts and TMI but I spend the evening in the restroom the whole night. :/

I feel ya.. My now 5 year old stopped napping shortly after she turned 1!! I am sorry for some of the comments you received. I wish it didn't always turn out this way when people vent and want advice. I would start working on an early bed time. I also like the high chair idea. You could also pull out some of their favorite…

Agree.

I don't eat mine back... Personal choice. The reason is that safe deficit has already been made between what your body burns in a day and what you are eating.. So that exercise will make to large of a deficit. Exercise is still recommended. You can google the different opinions out there.

So because she did it, its okay for us to?

What does feeling insecure have to do with being an adult.. Everyone has them, at least at some point or another. Let's build people up.. not tear them down.

I understand where you are coming from.. I felt that way the first time I went into a gym. It is a mind set.. don't worry about them.. just focus on you. Sorry everyones being hateful to you for venting.. and its a normal way for someone who is overweight to feel.. its called insecure. You will get confidence if you try.

Anyone can add me. :) As long as they are here for some sort of weight loss or fitness goal. :)

I have been working out hardcore for about 3 months now.. almost 4.. and in that time I have only lost about 5lbs (and with this working out i started in the 270s) BUT I have gone from a size 26/28 in pants to a loose fitting 22 but 20 is still to tight for my liking. So don't just focus on the scale.

I don't eat mine back. I don't let myself go hungry either.
-
You can add me if you'd look. 110ish more lbs to go.
-
Me too. I liked it. Looking for a new book now.

Yep.

Amen!! I am one of those people. Becoming healthy and fit is a mind set.. If you can get the right mind set you can do anything.

This is exactly like what I do on a normal day. This was just a for fun competition with my workout buddies. :) I don't think I find it boring tho, I love rowing.
-
Doesn't almost everyone? :)
-
I understand. I struggle with that too. They want me to eat like 2200 and thats before any exercise gets added. I push to get 1500. I eat when I am full sometimes. It sucks. I weigh out all my food on the scale. Every bit is measured.

fingernails.

I second the pictures. X1000 pictures are so important in any fitness journey.
-
How long have you been back at it? Have you measured in lots of places? For me its happening the opposite. Loosing inches and hardly any weight. I am lifting 5 days a week.

Me too. :(
