That is just what I needed to hear. I'm getting ready to start my second round of the X, and I keep putting it off. My first round I gained two pounds on my starting weight due to large portions. Hearing of your success is helping me get motivated to try again WITH my 1200 calorie intake.

I would have to agree. That's what my husband says. It's more important to have confidence, and one day I'll have it. I had it once when I was 'thin'. I still had about 10 pounds to lose, but growing up overweight I thought I was hot stuff. I'm sure it will be like that once again. However, in a way it is really scary…
