I have bought a new bicycle and a Vivoactive fitness tracker. Goal is at least 5km a day and weights 3 times a week. Trying to log all my meals and stay in my calorie goals.

Hmmm difficult one this. 6ft male LW 81kg when I left school HW 126kg in 2000 then down to 105kg Back up to 124 this year Goal is 100kg and see. Multiply kg by 2.2 to get pounds.
