Hi!! i am 5.10 and have lost 11lbs so far.... im trying to get down to 11stone, about 4lbs to go. My calorie goal is 1400 a day i dont go below! Ive cut out bread and processed foods to try and help which has helped me go past my plateau Hope this helps!! xx

i was the same with diet coke.... its artificial sweeteners which make your body expect sugars it isnt receiving which then makes you crave more! you can do it! i have replaced them with water and now i no longer crave them x

i have a similar thought that MFP recommends 1400 a day and Tdee says 2179! i always stick to MFP the best i can and it seems to work...
