It used to happen to me all the time, even when just walking, and it didn't matter what shoes I wore. As I've lost more and more weight, I've found that it doesn't happen anymore. I assume it was just the result of the extra weight. I hope you find some relief, because I know how annoying it is!

When I decided to lose weight, my rings were so tight that I had a 2 year long rash on my finger, under my rings and in between my fingers. It was incredibly painful and the rash cracked and bled all the time, so I literally feel your pain! 60lbs later, they are too lose and they spin around all the time! Good luck! It…

I work for the Government! It's really glamorous....here at the Welfare Office. LOL

Thanks! We don't eat too much processed foods either, but my kids are still little, so cereal, juice, toiletries, paper products...stuff like that adds up fast! I average $200/wk for a family of 4... I have a desk job, so when I'm bored, I've been trying to find some stuff online, but it definitely seems time consuming!

I am NOT a runner, but if it involves Disney Princesses, I might make an exception!!! I'm no help to you, but good luck and have fun!! I'll be on the Disney Dream that week!

I suppose it all depends on your morals. I say, lying is bad no matter what the reason/motivation. It's great that he's looking for a job, but I'm pretty sure he could get one without lying about your relationship. Most employers who call will ask how you met him and how long you've known him. You're going to have to…

I have cheat days (or meals) all the time and I've lost 56 lbs in 7 months! I think you'll be just fine!

Totally off topic, but.....Seriously, nicest reply ever! Everyone on here is so opinionated and says things in such a condesending and overbearing way.... You response was really nice. :)

Sometimes I feel like that too! I go weeks without losing anything and feel like I'm just wasting my time. But then I think of all I've accomplished and how much better I feel now that I'm taking care of my body and I stick with it. Hope you get out of your funk soon!

Great job!! I love going down a size or having something like that where you can really see a change! I made it into ONEderland this week!! My first time under 200 since before having my first child almost 9 years ago! :)

I did 7 days of Level 1, then a rest day, followed by a cardio day (did the Color Run - a 5k) and then picked up with Level 2... Tonight will be my 5th night of Level 2 and I still find it pretty difficult at times. The hardest for me are the pendulum (sp??) lunges and all the plank/plyo work...

I'm up 5 lbs this week! I freaked out at first, but I've been doing the 30 DS plus lots of extra cardio and had a few really high sodium meals (and some alcohol) over the weekend.... I chalk it up to water weight. Don't let it stress you out too much, cause stress can cause weight gain too!!

I started it Friday night. I thought I was going to die after the first workout. I pushed through the entire thing without stopping and broke my first real sweat since I was a kid!!! I was so sore Saturday I decided I wasn't going to do it, but my kids wanted to do it with me, so I did it... Sunday I had a hard time…

Try adding a bit of dijon mustard to the yogurt to give it a little more flavor. I'm not a big fan of yogurt and I LOVE Helmann's Mayo, but it really is pretty good!

My husband quit using an e-cigarette. If you're really ready to quit, it is definitely easier to quit cold turkey, but if you're quiting because you know you should and not because you want to, the e-cigarette is great! If you're close to a Walmart, they're really cheap....

Thanks! I'm pretty proud!! I think my family is sick of hearing about it, but I'm pretty happy with my progress!!

I've lost 42 lbs in 20 weeks, which I thought was pretty fast until I read this!!

I just work my legs, by holding them up for as long as possible, which engages your core too. There is not much you can do when there are people around, but at least it's something....

quinoa is more similar to barley or rice. It is very good cold with fat free balsamic dressing, cucumbers, roma tomatoes, grilled chicken and a little feta.... It can be served warm, too, but I prefer it cold. You can mix in almost any veggies. As with rice, don't stir too much while it cooks, or it will become too smooth…

use low sodium Starkiss tuna and substitute plain Chobani yogurt and a little dijon mustard for mayo. add whatever veggies you would normally put in... onion, celery, etc and eat on lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas instead of regular bread.
