Wanting to get my legs firmer and in better shape for skiing. This challenge seems a good opportunity to get my legs back into condition. I will be doing the beginner challenge.

I am feeling stronger... not panting as much and the burning sensation is going away faster... I think Iam stronger on one side. The oblique crunches seem easier on my left side and WAY tougher on my right side... are you one sided to?

did the work out. I wrote it on an index card and posted on the bedroom door... so Iget the see it before I leave the room! The workout is simple -yet- challenging... Measurements however... not so good :) now I know where I am starting and any changes will be noted.

I log in every day... I record my food every day... I continue to do exercises every day I do not fret about the weight. Just weigh myself 1 per week not 1 per hour! :) We know what to do so ... JUST Do IT

Thanks for all the great comments. One thing I will change is to log in EVERYDAY I see myself slipping up and not logging in. The accountability factor is huge for me. So Here ... We... Go... Back on track..
