Starting this one mid week... better late than never right? MY goal is the TV. I mindlessly sit in front of the tv in the evening. So... unplugging the television during the evenings from 6pm - 10 pm. That's 4 hours a day! no substituting watching videos online!

July 7th - yes... exercise yes ... calories yes ... tracking even ate a subway sandwich... which was horrible by the way! crispy chicken - not so crispy at all should be renamed soggy pressed processed chicken sandwich!

thanks @Mouse_Potato I like bonding in the summer time as well. Here we have horse flies/deer flies the size of hummingbirds and getting out with those suckers is a pain.
