Thanks to everyone who took up the may Challenge.. As a result I have been riding more and 'playing' with my horses more. Manes have started to get 'pulled' and horses being ridden or exercised. How is your next/this month - june shaping up?

Great ideas everyone... Eating fewer sweets, drinking more water and less beer will certainly make losing weight easier I hope. :drinker: go Ireland!

Just checked 'My Home' - 'Goals' And it only allows a 2 lb per week weight loss. I switched from a 1.5 lb to a 2 lb weight loss. I think the amount of calories shifted slightly. What are you doing to determin the calories required for this weight loss? ~Laura

LOL - Bingo Wings Never heard that before... I always said 'bat wings' As far as loosing from hips and bottom, I've heard that the last place the weight comes off is the first place that it goes on.
