142lb 1290- 1.5lbs a week workout 6-7 days a week 1-2 hours each time No, I don't eat my calories,but that has worked for me, but have tried and it did not help me at all. I actually was only maintaining (good thing), but I still have not hit my goal yet, so I am not ready for the maintaining phase.

I entered it as circuit training. But since I didn't have a HRM I worried that maybe I didn't burn as much as it MFP said, so I didn't eat all my exercise calories. I must have done something right because I lost weight and inches at the end of the 6 weeks. Hope this helps. :smile:

It does get a little easier (somedays can be tougher than others). I also do 30 min. of My fitness coach on the WII, right after SI6 ( take a 15 min break between the two). That is when I do it. And I make sure that I use the bathroom and then do it naked. I am not sure if there is a right or wrong way, just as long as you are doing at the same time each time you weigh yourself.
