I love sweet potatoes! I keep it simple - wash, stab a few times with a fork, put on a plate and microwave for 6 minutes. Cut in half and the skin easily peels away. They are naturally yummy, so I don't add anything to them, but you can try cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

I prefer Body Fortress - both the vanilla and chocolate are yummy and I don't notice an aftertaste. I always mix them up with fruit and a little bit of milk, and if you add a lot of ice they taste like a chiller from Second Cup.

Why not put the 10 month old in a sling or the stroller and go for a walk? The 4 year old would love looking for signs of spring, etc, and it will get you away from the house for a little bit. Mine was buying size 0 jeans today for the first time in my life! Granted I am a bit muffin-y in them, but the saleslady told me to size down from the 2 that fit comfortably because they will stretch out. I was a size 6 about 2 months ago.

I came up with a goal weight of 135lbs (I'm 5'5") because when I was last at that weight about 10 years ago, I felt fit and healthy. Depending on the day I'm one or two pounds away from that and I have more fat in my thighs and tummy that I would like to shed, so my new goal weight is 130lbs.
