Went to Goodwill yesterday. Ended up buying a pair of shorts and pj bottoms. I had two sizes of shorts. Pair of 16 and 18. Goal is 14/16 by Christmas. The 16 almost fit.Not bad from starting at 22/24. Thinking I'll always have big hips no matter what size I'll be.

It needs to be a lifestyle change. Diets don't work for longterm. It's great that you have inspiration to get healthy from your kids and wife. Remember it's also for yourself too. A food scale would be a big eye opener as well. You can do it
