My cardio fitness health is now fair and not "bad/fair" for my age (31) I'm 2 pounds away from being out of the 200's 11 pounds away from my minigoal of 191 which would bring me to the overweight bmi category

A Victoria Secret bra in size LARGE. I avoided them when younger and bigger. Also $7.99 sale so that was great too. 14.5 pounds away from my minigoal of 191.. puts me in overweight bmi.

I'm doing the #75hard challenge on instagram from the 1stphorm company. Today was day 50. 75 days of 1. daily picture each day 2. read 10 pages of inspirational books 3. stick to a "diet" no cheat meals + no alcohol 4. gallon of water 5. two workouts, one must be outside
