A great month has passed with lots of travel and family time. Now travel is done for 3 more weeks and then off to a destination 10k. Back to the treadmill and trails in preparation and to drop those vacation pounds. I will be concentrating on logging and keeping my body moving.

This week's challenges: I'm eating more calories than I should in the evenings.4 -
Initial drop beginning of the week (151.8), but then increase at end of the week to 152.3, so net loss of just 0.1 lb so far this month :-( Couple of dinners out + wine so calorie intake may be off for week, even though exercise daily. (Could also be some muscle gain). MFP prediction from 5 weeks ago was that weight would be 150 lb on Sunday, so missed target by 2.3 pounds, however, most weeks in April were pretty good and all in all happy with progress.
Joined an Apple Watch Challenge for May so hoping that will keep the motivation going to hit the gym and beat exercise goals !!! (Go Team #Supersonics)

This week's successes: I just came back from a great vacation! There was a lot of walking, hiking, and running around, so I felt pretty good about that. Even though my body was hurting like crazy afterwards, I was also able to do a 10+ hour hike!
This week's challenges: Not too many negatives this week, but from said hike, I did end up getting a cold since it was raining that entire day. Oh and I did gain a little weight from last week, but I don't know how accurate that is since I'm sick right now and missed my usual check-in day. Regardless, not sweating it at all.
Next week's goal: I want to enjoy the fresh air more and just enjoy the outdoors at least once a day after work.

Well I've slipped this year and stopped thinking about weight loss. In reality I never stopped thinking I just ignored that inner voice. TODAY I'm going to continue my journey even though I'm at 14 lbs down in 19 weeks. Where did April go??? 5 weeks of blowing it is enough! Picking up and moving on.

So still sick unfortunately. Also not sure how accurate this weigh-in is either, but we'll see. If there's not a difference by next week, I'll start to rethink the methodology.
This week's successes: Since being sick, I've been eating around my daily goal calories or within 500 of it. It may not seem like a success, but I'm not freaking out over "overeating" and allowing my body to fully recover.
This week's challenges: Being sick (trying not use this as an excuse though) has made me extremely tired and having no energy to do any sort of physical activity.
Next week's goal: To finally feel better and to jump right back into working on myself.

Last week's successes: Started thinking about weight loss again. Mid April I quit posting and using MFP and then also in April forgot my goal of 1 lb per week this year.
Last week’s misstep: Saw 2 days at 229.5 then Mother’s Day dinner Sunday drove it back into 230s on Monday.
This week's challenges: Start food journal & restart my daily exercise! Shoot for 225 by end of May5
