DH brought home a couple of work out videos. I'm enjoying the change of routine. Love that he thought about me.

Success my belt is as tight as it can go and it's too loose so I need to get a new one. Had to buy smaller underwear too lol and my work pants I can pull off with out unzipping and unbuttoning them.
I don't beat myself up as much when I'm not perfect. I didn't let the scale not moving get me down I just kept pressing on. Tried to stay on target and tried to walking at least 5 times a week.
If I eat something over cal I enjoy it I don't guilt myself and I don't punish myself for it. I log even my bad days. And I reach out to friends I've made here. That's what keeps me going. I've started taking pics to watch my progress. Its motivation!
Anyone looking for support please feel free to add me.6 -

I'll join! A little late, but thats ok I've been back on the weight loss train since December, so I can post stats from Jan 1 to current
Starting weight: 209.2 (as of 1/1/19)
Goal weight: 140
Current weight: 202 (as of 2/25/19)
* weigh-ins up to today:
- 1/16/19: 206.8
- 2/1/19: 206.2
- 2/15/19: 203.8
Total weight lost: 7.2 lbs
This week's successes: I finally feel like I'm seeing a consistent trend DOWN. And coming back to MFP community pages. I lost 40lbs years ago and this community was a huge help to me back then. Looking forward to seeing the same progress this time
This week's challenges: I'm still struggling to wrap my head around a 1-2 lb loss average per week. For some reason I expected to see lost lbs much quicker than I am. I've increased my activity from zero gym days, to 6x a week and eating/drinking whatever I wanted, to calorie counting and no junk. I also hired a personal trainer, and yet, I feel like my loss rate is really low. So this challenge will be helpful for me to reset that expectation and realize this is an ok and healthy loss rate.
I also joined a Biggest Loser challenge at work, and I am no where NEAR the same numbers as my co-workers. I'm not even in the top 50% for how much I've lost. I see others dropping big numbers and I struggle for each lb. Even staying the same week over week sometimes. That doesn't help in my perception that I should be losing more weight more quickly than I am.

I think you need to give yourself a bit of a break, don’t compare yourself to others. There are so many things that can affect weight - water, muscle, hormones, sleep, stress, etc. If you know you are eating right and getting exercise, be confident you are doing the right thing for your body!
7.2lbs loss in a month is good!
Have you seen progress in other areas that you can feel good about? Lost inches? Increased strength? Faster on the treadmill? Bask in those successes!
And just to tie off any possibilities, did you get a check up with your doctor before starting your weightloss journey, to make sure you don’t have any hidden health concerns (vitamin deficiencies, insulin resistance, thryroid, etc) that could affect your weight?5 -
A little late to post this since I was frustrated this weekend, but I want to hold my self reliable and mark the results regardless how I feel about it.
Starting weight: 186.0 lbs
Goal weight: 130.0 lbs

Total weight lost: 6.3 lbs
This week's successes: I walked a lot and enjoyed the fresh, warmer air that is starting come in. Stayed within my calorie goals for the most part. Oh, and I'm officially out of the 180s.
This week's challenges: For some reason my back began to really hurt and is stiff all weeks since the 18th. Due to that, I haven't exercised really because I don't want to make it worse. And it still hurts.
Next week's goal: Keep drinking water consistently and (hopefully) be able to exercise again.
