    Hope it is not too late to join this challenge, but trying to lose all the weight added over the last 12 years after having twins and heavy workload! Physical this year made me realize that I was over my highest pregnancy weight so trying to stay motivated to get the weight back off. Exercising now at the gym and logging food/calories with MFP has really helped getting started!

    Change to diet: Quit snacking on high sugar/calorie/carb snacks all day and evening long. Have cut sugar consumption to under 40 gms a day which in turn cut carbs as well.

    Completed a 10k trail run Sat. One year anniversary of my very first 5k event! Not PB, but first in the 60-64 women's age group. (I might have been the only one). Feeling good about it anyway. Next 10k event is the end of May.

    April will be a busy month with a family cruise, 2 trips with DH, lunches planned with friends, theatre events, and doctor appointments. Need to keep good food choices in mind through out the month.

    This weeks challenges- (2 weeks) I injured my back and could not do much of anything. I was feeling discouraged as well as pain. I had this momentum of good habits and got derailed. Now starting to feel better, so hopefully I can get back at it. I had to realize that this healthy life is a journey!

    I am checking in four days late because I just got back a vacation.

    This week's successes: I had a lot of fun on vacation! I still remembered to track as best as I could, but it was only a rough estimate. Oh, and I walked A LOT!

    This week's challenges: Wasn't very accurate on the data entries, didn't exercise other than the walking, and totally ignored IF. None of these were an expectation for me though.

    Next week's goal: Come back in full swing! I'm feeling rejuvinated and pumped again to work hard on my health goals. :smiley:
