My wedding is 12.08.12. A little over four months away. Its been slow, but I do got to the gym alot and enjoy life. I am in. I did a 160 in boot camp this week. That is the most I have ever done in one class. We broke them up into sets of 15. It made it easier to do them on your toes.

I use an old Quik Trip 32oz cup with a straw. Its the straw that makes it easy to drink from all day. I easily drink 3 of them while at work and then work out and get in lots more water. You can do it. Just have someone remind you to be drinking your water!
