  • Last night's workout didn't go as planned,.. I am well now, but had to get gorceries last night and prepare my meals for the week since I didn't get a chance on Sunday.. so with that said, tonight I'm going to BRING IT with ARX and Plyos with my girl Kim tonight!! Y'all pray for me... Ha! :)
  • @gmon I can honestly say I don't get the right amount of protein in each day either, and a lot of times I fail with sticking with the right amount of foods I should eat per day, it takes a lot to get there. Just eat what you can, try eating more eggs and like you said drink your whey protein. Hopefully that will help.

  • I am the same way, I don't do yoga, I did it 2 or 3 times the first round of p90, but just felt like they drag yoga out and it's so dag um long.. I suppose I need to start doing that in my workouts.. maybe one day. :) I have always substituted yoga for walking/jogging. Eh

  • Never give up!! I believe your doing great, you just started and you've lost 4lbs, that is awesome! I started in March, and It's taken me 4 months to lose 5lbs, I'm a lot smaller when I started, but girl It will take time! Hang in there!

  • Hi there. Welcome to MFP!! I believe you could lose the weight by the end of the summer and maybe then some. YOu just got to work hard at it, find something you enjoy doing for exercise and rememeber to watch what you eat. I'm hear if you need support! Kim

  • Hi all, I just started Round 2 of P90X last Monday. I got GREAT results my first round and very excited to see what my results are for this go round.   • Trish, P90X is not good, it's GREAT!!! :) I wasn't over weight when I started P90X, mainly did it to tone, and that's what I got! I'm in round 2 of P0X, you should give it a shot! Promis you'll see results, will be hard but worth it!! Kim
  • I heard amazing results from Brazil Butt lift... but lunges, squates work. I have the same areas that need toning, I"m in week6 of P90X and can tell a difference in my butt/thighs by doing everyday exercises.
