I'm trying to lose 45 - 50 lbs. I've already lost 18 lbs and it's only been two months. I work out 3 - 5 days a week and try to keep my calories under 1600 per day. So far so good. Add me if you like.

Absolutely not. I have a tattoo on the inside of my left wrist. It's never been a problem at work. On the rare occasion that I think I should cover it up, I wear a watch. Do what works for you and don't worry about others.

I've lost 18 lbs in the last two months and I've been eating the same foods I always have. I'm just eating less of them and trying to keep my caloric intake below 1600 per day. So far so good.
