True...true....FitBit trackers keep you on course. Some days I am taken by supprise by how little I have actually moved....but tomorrow I can do better......the tracking of stairs helps pump up the avtivity too.:blushing:

I had a procedure done called orthotripsy (I think that is how you spell it) This is a procedure where they send electronic wave lengths into the foot and you are on crutches for about a day then ice and custom orthodics. No other down time like regular surgery. I had PF in both feet anbd couldn't walk for more that 5 mins…

I like sweats too...but I find that after I binge I just want more and I really don't feel very well for a couple of days. Don't think it is worth it, but sometimes due it anyway.

You are never to old to do something for yourself health wise. I am 72 years old enjoy a glass of wine and even eating out sometimes. I track my calories with MFP and use FitBit to track excerise. WELL.... I don't excerise except for chasing kids up and down stairs..I am 70+ Been on 1200 calories a day for a month and have lost 7 lbs. If I excerised to burn 1000 calories a day they would have to send me to treatment for eating disorders.
