i feel good about myself when i exercise, i feel good at the difference i'm making for my kids. but i dont agree that its because i want to "look hot" or "get skinny" i want to be healthy & if that makes me vain then thats what i am

lean lean lean nothing but lean yes it does matter that your having too much fat so make sure you eat plenty of veggies & fruits & lean protein one day wont kill you just start making better choices thats all

i was very healthy all through highschool involved in a lot of sports then got married had kids & balloned to a total of 191 working on getting back to being fit again
