help i have 13 lbs to loose and have hit a plateu. any tips? i am a stay at home mom and i do not burn that many calories unless i exercise which i just started another round of P90X but yes i eat back all my exercise calories so i am not under-eating i don't think

is too much protein bad for you? i'm under all of my numbers except for protein will that hurt me in the long run?
