Where would I find this workout? And, is it something I could do at home??

I try to maintain a diet free of processed foods, high protein/fiber, low carb, and the right amount of good fats. Do you mean I should eat different foods than that? I try to maintain between 1000=1200 calories a day. I am a big tea drinker with artificial sweetener. Is there any truth that THAT could be stalling me?
