So, have you been eating at maintenance for 15 months? what exactly is a recomp? I know I need to build muscle, since I have none!

thanks everyone..... so I get the eating at a deficit to lower body fat would expose the muscles that I have, however I feel as if I have none.... my upper body is very thin... so I will try to eat at a surplus on training days and maintenance on off days.... macros aren't all that, so I'll have to revamp my diet for…

you look great! there's no way your body fat is still over 30%!

@ stef_monster... I would like my measurements to go up in some places! and hopefully by the end of stage 2 I'll start to see some changes... are you eating at a surplus?

I guess I'm pretty much eating at maintenence since I haven't lost or gained anything. I'm going to start to eat at a small deficit and hopefully with the HIT workouts in stage 2, I will start to see some results , and I'll check at the link to this article. Thanks:)

yes I do have some, from about 2 months ago, except my measurements aren't changing, so I don't think there would be any change.... I'm hoping that when I get to the cardio stages that I will start to shed some body fat.
