I've got similar stats - 25, 5'4, 136 with a goal of 120. I'm set to lose 1 lb per week and get 1380 at lightly active, plus I eat back my Fitbit adjustments. My weight loss is slower than 1 lb per week because I generally like to eat to maintenance Friday-Sunday, having a 500 deficit the other four days of the week keeps…

Bedtime!

I love seeing the step count go up as I hit each thousand step mark, hitting 5, 6, 7, 8... I'd rather have this addiction than another, it's like they say, better the devil you know.

Hehe, I should have added that my SW for this challenge was at the start of Feb, I've only weighed in once since. Thank you! Think I'm more likely to lose 0.4 lbs in 11 days :p

Some weekend days I might eat at maintenance, it slows down my weight loss but at least I'm not gaining! I try to stay active, and make good choices with my drinks - prosecco/cava or spirits with a diet mixer rather than a big 14% red or sugary cocktail.

The ones I had in America are much flakier, oilier and saltier than scones, but they do look very similar! Mmm, I did enjoy American food.

That's a good, healthy weight. I'm 5 ft 4 and am currently about 9 and a half stone, I'm fit and healthy at this weight although I feel most comfortable at 8 and a half stone as I am small framed.

I don't quite understand eating at the cinema, it's always so expensive (over here anyway), and it just seems like people are eating for the sake of it. Fair play if you want to, I get that it's nice to eat nice things and I'm not saying that people shouldn't, but it just seems a pity to stress about your social life…

Loved my second run of B210K today, managed to increase my distance a little from the first run - 5.96 k.

I figure that pouting in pictures is enough exercise for my face xD need to do some arm exercises though!

It is hard to break out of the 'I want to magically be slim right now' mindset, but it's worth it. I've been doing this for almost a year and have only got about 15 lbs left to go, and some days I still want to snap my fingers and be at my goal weight. It's easy to get fed up with the sustained effort it takes to change…

Excellent!

This is so me. About 24 lbs down with 16 to go, and there's this little voice going 'you look fine, you're well into a healthy BMI, you can run for 40 minutes, it's not worth the effort of losing more'. I've been doing this for almost a year and logging is becoming a chore! I need to remind myself that I might look 'fine',…

Went down to 135.8 from 137, but I'm now back at 136.4 - it's that time of the month! Sticking with my calories and running, and hoping to have a decent drop on the scales when Aunt Irma leaves town :D
-
Glad to hear that you enjoyed your work out! I can't post photos from the app, have to go on my phone's browser and find this group on there when I want to post a pic.

Those look AMAZING!

You carry your weight well, but I don't think 180 would be too thin. Obviously BMI was developed for populations rather than individuals but it's still generally a fair guide and once you're near a healthy weight you can use your own good judgement about how you look and feel in yourself!
-
Cheeeeese :D

When we talk about 'weight loss', what we actually mean is 'fat loss'. That's what makes your body look better. The actual weight of the food inside you, and water weight, don't matter unless you're trying to fit into a certain category for a competition. Stop weighing yourself every day, you're clearly obsessing over the…

Just started Bridge to 10 K after finishing C25K last week, did my first run this morning and enjoyed it! Covered 5.74 k, not very far but it's a starting point - I finished C25K running 5 k in 29:32, which was hard work so I decided to slow it right down while I get used to longer runs.

The penne I buy is 263 calories per 75g dry, it ends up being a decent amount with sauce and meatballs. If I'm just having pasta with sauce and no meat I'll cook up a lot more.

Double cheeseburger with bacon, Whopper JR, fries, chilli cheese bites and a stuffed hash brown. Now that's what I call a meal! (Took the bun off one of the burgers to make it fit my calories)

That meal looks so nice!

This! I've not had as much to lose but yesterday I was in a chocolate shop and said to my OH "I miss being able to eat whatever I want and just not care" - then I reminded myself that the last time I did that, I piled on a stone in a month! There is still that element of longing for a simpler time...

Last night's dinner - we ordered bento boxes instead of burgers. Chicken katsu, dumplings, salad and a load of rice!

I think I'm in the minority in preferring Cava to Prosecco!

Nice one! It's interesting to keep an eye on the shifts, isn't it?

Fab loss Kitty!
